Edwin and I finally decided to cure our mom’s empty nest syndrome at the end of 2005. We went out and found the perfect dog Benji. Our mom loved him immediately and he was spoiled. Benji was a very well mannered dog. He didn’t bite and for the most part listened well. You couldn’t get him to walk anywhere he didn’t want to, and he didn’t always eat his food (he loved his treats though). Towards the end of his life, he kept 公公 company and was his best friend. We said our goodbyes and he died on April 6, 2021. This good dog will be missed.
