You are also becoming a Big Gurl. After holding out as long as we could, mommy decided to give your hair a little trip off the tips. These are the first sprouts of hair that came out, and now they have lightened to a faded brown. But I think you actually have a lighter hair than black all around. You enjoy brushing your hair like a big girl. Even when you were at dayhome, you’d like teacher Yvonne put your hair in braids or put little elastics in place. Here’s the first haircut of many!
