This morning, mom had a baby shower to go to, so dad was looking after the Beans this nice Sunday afternoon. Evan called and seeing as how this was one of the first days of really nice weather and good sunshine, we went out to Bower Ponds to play at the park. Evan ended up inviting a bunch of people, so not only did we see Natalie and Ian, but also Maebyn and Matthew, and Emmy the pediatrician with her kids.

Sierra was a totally tired Bean. She was sleepy even at the park and conked out on the drive to Famoso’s where we had lunch. She was so tired that I was able to take her out of the car to the restaurant where she slept until we were done lunch.
Meanwhile, the kids tried their hands at dough making while waiting for their food. This was a great distraction and they did really well.
