For the past 40 days I have been trying to feed Sierra solid foods. I’ve tried many different foods like banana, avocado, sweet potato, beef, apple and carrots. She has refused everything with all her might. It has been quite a challenge for me. Everett loved puree foods from the first taste when he was a baby.
Today I made rice cereal with just a tiny bit of water. It was wet but clumpy and kind of dry. To my surprise she actually opened her mouth for more and ate ALL 3tbsp of it!! She seemed to really like it. I couldn’t believe it. She chewed on a piece of steak while I fed her. I was worried she was never going to eat solid food. I’m so happy about it I had to take pictures and write a blog post. I’m feeling a big win here tonight.
