Boating can have pros and cons for parents and kids. The schooling and the passages are always worth the destination. Let me tell you about my experience.
Let me start with home schooling. Home schooling can be difficult because your parents can change the curriculum if you make it seem to easy. But it can have pros to, like you don’t need to wake up so early and you don’t need to do it all day. Once you are done you have the rest of the day free.
I have to say that one of my least favorite parts are the passages. I don’t like them because they are usually long and you can get seasick. But when it is smooth and calm it can be enjoyable. My family and I like to make and eat popcorn during passages.
The best part about sailing is the destination because it can be warm and beautiful depending on where you go. The destination is usaly worth the passage.
