Sierra is a having a love-hate friendship with Isla, her neighbour and classmate. On the whole, they play together very well, and play together pretty much all the time, during and after school. But like any friendships, there is bound to be some drama.
First, Isla has a crush on Everett. Apparently he’s the only one who is nice to her of the friends we hang out around on the street. Next, Sierra takes what Isla says to heart and when Isla says mean things, Sierra gets very upset. She doesn’t know how to stick up for herself yet, but instead gets very upset and doesn’t know what to do. She also likes Isla’s curls and insecure about her numbers and reading skills. Lastly, Sierra hasn’t like her latest swimming lessons because she is by far the littlest student there. Her teacher this time isn’t as warm and catering to Sierra either.
