Sierra has become adventurous with her scissors. She skipped over from kid scissors very quickly to real scissors and without asking much permission, she does her own thing. At first, she made a snip of hair that was getting in front of her face. Since then, she has made a second snip when mom wasn’t watching.
Recently, she has been converting her long sleeve shirts into short sleeves. One day I came across her in a t-shirt with Peter Pan style snipped sleeves, and discovered that Sierra too the initiative and cut the sleeves of the shirt. We told her she shouldn’t do this, but she is ingenious and when she wants something done, it gets done. My resourceful girl!
