Dark Light

Piggy contracted a rash around her mouth, then her hands. Then she got a fever and would cry when she ate or swallowed anything. While not entirely reliable Everett said there was someone else with spots at Montessori, but where else would she have gotten hand-foot-mouth disease? You’d think adults are symptomatic carriers, but while I was biking the kids back from pre-school, halfway through the bike ride I just lost all energy, and suddenly I was sick too. The sore throat came a day later and painful spots on my hands and feet too! I used to never get sick. When will I have those days again?

Here’s a video of Piggy. Poor little girl, kye-ing. Couldn’t even eat her freezey.
