I was in the kitchen doing dishes when Everett was convinced to play some piano. He just had a lesson today, being Monday. This brought back memories of decades ago when there was piano being practiced in my old house. Of course I put a lot of hours in, but Edwin also contributed to the musical character of the Lee household back in the day. Hearing someone else plunk out a tune reminded me of that.
Funny enough for a little Bean, he has a recital coming up in June. We’ll see what happens, and if he even goes up to perform. The song his teach has selected for him is Monsieur Mouse. He learned to play Mary Had a Little Lamb, which he is attempting in this video. He needs more practice of course, but time has flown by from a couple years ago.
