I am reasonable happy with the dining here at the Iberostar Cancun. The gold standard would have been Barcelo when we were down in Mexico with Kenny and Denise’s wedding. I remember they had rib eye on the buffet. Well, Iberostar has “skirt steak,” and I wasn’t exactly sure what that way, but they way they prepare it, they have managed to make it very tender. Sierra and Everett both really like the beef.
Last night they had huge crab claws, which was a seafood special. Every day they would have shrimp of some sort, and the grill items are always on: different kinds of fish, chicken, beef and pork. They have some pretty good desserts. I’m not a huge dessert person, so I can’t complain. I am a huge fruit person however. Me and the kids have been indulging in the mangos.
