His first time, Everett was scared of the shower. He knew mommy and daddy took showers, and he’d want to come into the shower, but he’d stand in the corner where it was dry. But then came the day when we showed him how to take a shower. First, the shower goes on the hand, and he was ok with that. Then the arms, and the feet, and slowly up his body.
Now look at him! Just standing there not wanting to get out!
He likes the spray on this chest. He’d turn around and let the water run down his back. He’s still not convinced that he likes washing his hair though.
When time comes to get out and the water is turned off, tantrum time:
“More mees!” he says, and cries like the greatest injustice has just been committed.
